How it
works

Refer your friend. For each new client referred you will both receive a $3,800 credit for properties listed for sale, and $1,900 for those listed for rent.

We contact your friend

When the property is listed for sale or rent, both you and your friend enjoy $3,800 or $1,900 agency commission credit each respectively.

The amount of credits earned is unlimited and valid for up to 3 years. Credits may be used to settle up to 50% of agency fees on or before December 31, 2027
