Karen Wong 在南大屿山寻找家庭居所的亲身经历，促使她创立 Aria。她希望为大家带来更好的体验：更清晰的建议、更细心的关注，以及值得信赖的关系。

A Cheung Sha resident with a focus on village houses and coastal homes. Karen brings first-hand local knowledge to buying, selling and renting. Her understanding of zoning, village house structures, pricing strategy and lifestyle matching ensures clients receive practical and personal advice tailored to their goals.

Specialising in investment properties and bespoke off-market opportunities, Keith is known for his clear communication, strong negotiation skills and practical market insight. Whether assisting clients expanding their portfolio, relocating or securing lifestyle-led homes, he focuses on delivering smooth, well-managed transactions backed by local expertise and trusted networks.

A long-term resident of Central West for over 10 years, Kimberley possesses a deep, first-hand knowledge of the area’s unique neighbourhoods and HK lifestyle. Her local insight, combined with her strong interpersonal skills, allows her to match clients with homes and investments that perfectly align with their goals. Known for her professionalism and dedication, she is highly regarded by landlords, tenants, and buyers alike.
